VOX - Poor & Temperamental internet speed and poor engagements/failed promises from VOX

Vox came into our complex in late in 2018 in Buccleuch. We were given a sales pitch and subscribed to 50mb line through sales consultant Nikki Gomes of VOX. A year later we received a bill from Vuma. We clarified the total cost of connecting to Fibre with VOX and we were under the impression by the sales consultant that that all was inclusive. We continue to get bills from Vuma and Nikki suspiciously does not respond to several emails that I have sent her. Further to the above, our 50MB line is extremely temperamental, and we cannot remember the last time that we had the full 50mbps download speed. The internet hangs and generally performs poorly in comparison to what the VOX sales consultant had promised.
