VOX - Poor Show

I logged a email enquiry on VOX website, as I am in the market to get Fibre, etc. I was send a email a day or two later with a "Ticket" number.......NEVER got a Call.

During this enquiry, I Logged a Online Enquiry with another ISP.....I was called back within 3 Minutes..

Going against my Gutt, I decided to give VOX a go and started the Process. Being send "Your Application Subscription are having a Delay" message on 3 Occasions, due to my I.D Copy I supp**** having a Issue.....

I could Not be told what the Problem was with my I.D......

I Cancelled this Process after a Few days of Frustration, Irritation and Utter Foul Taste....
