Vox Poor services ever

Wish there was no star because is the poorest services and uncompetant people ever experienced most the accounts department. I pay the account send POP and still they disconnect your service .Is the people eating KFC hole day or sleeping cause VOX is surely worst Telecom ever experience from a provider

That is what you say to all customers and nothing happens.Do you know if you call someone the phone will ring and surely it did not from VOx even it say they did.Are you in competion with Goverment who is the worst ? Your services need to be closed down you waste customers money and services just like Eskom , pathetic
