VOX Poor service ,pathetic , unbelievable.
Bec areful of Vox Telcom, it seem they anly collect monthly fees and no service. I cancelled my internet service with VOX . They promised to send courier to come to my house an collect their hardware, 3 times l waited and they never came, the next thing they send me a bill of over R1300, which l disputed, l was refered form on person to another , since November 2023 until today, I delivered theiri hardware to JHB offices, However 2 weeks ago they cancelled my VOBI, which l had not cancelled, l have tried to call VOX numerous times but no one is willing to explain why my voice package was cancelled, their online chat is the most useless service ever, they asked me to re apply inorder to get service. Please if you run a small business be warned DO NOT USE VOX, they only collect money , their service is pathetic. Their accounts and support and technical is HORRIBLE, l have never seen such poor service . Stay away from VOX id you are an entreprenuer, now l have lost my contact with all my clients for since November 2023 . VOX do not care,

Since yesterday when l was promised to be contacted no one have bothered to contact me. This morning l have tried to call VOX and l am not getting any repsonse, l went on their online chat and the agents there , put me on hold before dropping off, meaning everytime l go back online l have to restart the conversation. I was told Natasha Naidoo will contact me , that was in the morning but up to now Natsaha hasnt rang me. Previouly l have been refered to Anieqah and some point l had to wait for weeks when l was told she is away. Can Vox explain why it takes more than 3 months to resolve a query. Once again, to all aspiring entreprenures and home owners DO NOT SIGN UP WITH VOX, when its time when you need them, they are nowhere to be found , they are busy taking people hard earned monies without or with pathetic service.

I was on VOX online chat at 8am and l was told to hold for someone to help for almost 1hr 30mins only to be told its a wrong department and the chat closed without any prompts.
