Vox POOR SERVICE FOR ESSENTIAL WORKER
I am an essential services worker (Dr.) Need wi-fi to Tele-medicine with patients. 24 hours - NO WI-FI. Apparently it is weekend. Therefore I am unable to consult with my pasients until Monday!

It is now Tuesday afternoon. I have still not been contacted.
This morning I have been assisted by Lerato at the call centre. She was professional and helpful.
However, still no WiFi.
