Vox poor service
I am trying to send my router to vox because I canceled my service. They gave me a number to return the router at postnet. Drive 60 km to town just to be told the number expired. Called vox helpdesk, they gave me new number. Another 60 km into town to find out this return number does not exist. VOX***2: Re: Vox Equipment Return Reminder - VOX***8
Pathetic pathetic service. They are the must unre- liable internet provider ever
