Vox poor service .

Good day If you ever thinking of signing up with Vox . Don't bother as their customer service and every other department are unprofessional . I was on a contract for 12 months and it expired and it was converted to pay as you go or month to month. Meaning I get service for the month I paid. I requested that they cancel my account as I will no longer require their services and they are telling I need to give them a 30 days notice. This is just BS because I'm on pay as you use. If i don't pay them they suspend my service as I don't have any contract with them. so to everyone who is thinking of taking VOX please don't bother yourself.
