VOX pathetic Telecom

I wanted a zero (0) star rating. Useless Telecom. No email addresses i have tried the last couple of months are rep**** to. The call center is just as useless. Tell you to hold, then a voicemail comes up to say sorry that option is not available. Time to move on to a company that cares a little more!
