VOX: Pathetic Service ACC Nr: ***

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! firstly it took VOX over 2 weeks to to get routers and fiber ready for my unit as well as the rest of our complex after i had advised them close to 2 weeks before i moved in that i work from home and WIFI is crucial for my business, yet excuse after excuse! when the installation was done our 10mbps line never when over 2mbps, i then upgraded the line to 100mbps which was apparently done on monday and even then download speeds of between 2-5mbps HOW is this possible! for anyone thinking of using VOX DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME! not even our supposed "Senior"rep has taken any initiative to assist just excuse after excuse! please VOX catch a wake up!!
