Vox Pathetic Service
Vox service is pathetic! I am so disgusted by their service.
I’ve paid my account every month without fail ,suddenly my account has been cancelled due to a none payment ,I’ve sent proof of payment and was advised that I’d be reconnected. Today 12/09/2024 I was told I need to pay R08,76 to be reconnected which I did and was advised that the WiFi would be reconnected within a few hours ,up until this very hour nothing has happened ,each agent I spoke to has given me a different story ,I’ve never had such poor service before ,this has to be the worst by far.
Robin the manager has absolutely no way of speaking to customers ,that’s unacceptable. Each agent would tell you a whole different story which makes zero sense:
