Vox Pathetic Service

I have been battling with little to no internet service at my house since the start of December 2024. I have lodged numerous support tickets but they just get closed without resolving the matter. Vox has come out and blamed it on Vumatel. Vumatel came out and changed all the boxes and tested the lines from the interchange to the house and all tested fine then blamed it on Vox. Vox came back and changed the other little box and then blamed it on Vumatel again. So here im stuck between two parties blame shifting and Im without internet. The past two weeks have been promises every day of both parties technical managers getting to site and resolving the matter. Its been over a month now but they expect a payment for a service they are not delivering. I have phoned in, whats app , emailed but only promises. They do return your call after some time but only ring twice and then send you a mail that they cant get hold of you or they phone and just doesn't speak , and drop the call just to show on there side that they phoned, management should go and listen to recording of calls. Can someone in a escalated office please read this mail and try and resolve it
