Vox pathetic, non existent customer service.

For the past month my line speed has been deteriorating by the day, I am paying for a 500mbps symmetric line, for my 1550 Rands worth im not even receiving half the speed, most of the time struggling to break 150mbps during peak hours due overcongestion on the network as in over selling your product, there are multiple clients in my complex struggling with you regarding the same issue, this was escalated to you at the beginning of the month by myself... As of today nothing has been resolved, all I get is phone calls asking me to do the exact same test over and over and with the exact same outcome "congestion"

I refuse to pay for this as I've stated to you previously, I will be approaching ICASA, The ISPA and the Ombudsman.

So please stay extremely far away from this ISP they gladly leave you hanging not paying any attention to customer satisfaction.
