Vox pathetic customer service

The worst customer service. I ordered my fibre weeks ago. I would call to find out the progress of my order in which they send you back and forth. Finally some consultant called me to confirm my address and told me they would come to install in 2 days. That never happened and I again called them to find out why? They told me I needed to wait for a call from their technicians to. I waited 10days and still no one came to install. I then called again after the 10 days only to hear that my order was cancelled and they couldn’t find my address. And they couldn’t call to tell me this I had to call to find out why they were so quite and no installation still. They later said it was escalated however still 11days later. I placed the order Last week of July. Pathetic service.
