VOX Pathetic Company

This is the worst fibre company out there. I've had issues from the installation to their billing process. I've had them for a month and a half now and want to seriously cancel. Took almost two moths to get my installation done then the didn't load my debit order onto the system then they suspend my line. I did a direct payment today to get my line back up. I was caller number 20 and got right up to caller number 3 after 30minutes of holding.. and because they close at 5pm I was simply just cut off without being assisted. This is pathetic. Their service is a joke. I also left 2 call me backs which they didn't even care to call back. I've spent around R700 on phone bills just to Vox from November till today which is a months subscription and they don't care.. I have to keep calling them. I urge all those wanting Vox to please stay away and rather use Afrihost.. I switched over to Vox from Afrihost cos they offered a higher speed at a good rate.. Guess thats y they cheaper cos the service is cheap and that's what u pay for.. Cheap pathetic service in all departments. Looking at how long you have to Hold shows how many customers are having issue's with them. I will spread the word everywhere I go.. Disgusting and I want cancel.
