Vox pathetic and non-existent services

My Vox Account number is ***. Vox is very quickly to provide a quote and get you to sign, but to get the installation done is a struggle and the service is pathetic. Rather go with their competition M-Web. According to their telephone intro they are a leading telecommunication company, but they are leading from the bottom not the top. Very pathetic feedback, poor services and empty promises from all of them. My advice will be to run away from Vox and go for M-Web!
