Vox not reliable

They advertised a promotion of 45 days free and I commented on their post and a salesperson called me and I was connected on the 10th of April 2020.

On the 21st of April 2020 I was debited R432.00 and I contacted them they said they will reverse it was a mistake, on the 28th April 2020 I am Debited R649.00 .

I didn't get my 45 days free, Debited twice in 1 month Send a complain that they guys that did the installation the broke my ceiling when they opened the trap door .

I want my money back in my account please ...
