VOX not releasing ADSL line

<p>I CAN’T GET VOX TO RELEASE MY ADSL LINE!!!! Over the last two weeks I have been trying to get Vox to release my ADSL line into open or holding pool for my new service provider to TAKE ownership of it... THIS BY THE WAY IS AFTER I HAVE GIVEN VOX THE OPPORTUNITY TO UPGRADE ME TO A FASTER LINE OR BETTER PRODUCT IN ORDER TO INCREASE MY LINE SPEED… BUT THEY CLAIMED NOTHING FASTER IS AVAILABLE IN MY AREA…. Thus I signed up with a new service provider who can help but now VOX needs to release the line!!!!!!! Everytime I speak to VOX they make promises that this will be done the next day... treated as priority!!!! BS!!!! Because the next day I am back on the phone again trying to get them to release the adsl line. Earlier this week one of their employees... Atanya confirmed the line was released, this morning I spoke to her again and now all of a sudden its not released... When I asked for an explanation on how it is possible that you confirmed the release earlier and now the total opposite.... Answer: She does not know!!!!! Also spoke Marnus Prinsloo (Accounts Executive) yesterday.... he promised it will be done today..... flagging this as a priority job to be sorted out!!! Guess what.... Still not done!!!! Two weeks and more that 15 phone calls later.... STILL NOT DONE!!!!</p>
