VOX NOT Managing their Sub-contractors

I signed up with Vox and the FTH installation was done by a sub-contractor. I was present and gave instructions on how it should bed one, route of the conduit etc. Upon arriving later at home I saw that it was done differently - conduits ran over a garden wall instead of underneath and they drilled a hole through a plastic water channel to get the conduit through, not underneath. Then recently I had to work on the roof and found a connector box for the conduit open with no cover, and the fibre was not insulated as they spliced the fibre mid-way - all exposed to sunlight and not covered at all. Vox acknowledged that this was not done according to the proper specifications. The ticket with Vox was over 21 days old and after I called and emailed them a number of times they gave feedback that I need to pay for a re-installation. Unrighteous!!
