Vox not keeping appointments with customers
I would like to know how Vox can charge a Customer when they failed to collect a UPS unit from a customer? I cancelled my UPS unit from Vox seeing that you pay for a unit that will never be yours. This was not communicated to me before getting this unit. Vox made arrangements to collect the unit in November 2023 but the courier company failed to keep to the arranged time and date. Now suddenly since then after no other communication from Vox or the courier company Vox deducts the money from my bank ***. This unit is not even worth this. I purchased 2 UPS's double the size of Vox Ups for R350 each after Vox said they would collect the unit. Best is the R699 deducted from my back account for this unit does not show on either the Statement or Invoice. Why is this? Could Vox or the courier company not arrange another collection date and time after THEY did not commit to the dedicated time and date? Why does the customer now need to pay for these mistakes?
