Vox not delivering a router.

One star is still too much for Vox Telecom. Fibre line was installed on saturday 29 August 2020, this was suppose to be a full installation. The appointment was for 10. At 11 a guy was dropped off to dig for where the line will go. At 2 they pitched to start the installation. At 5 they left.

Money i phoned again, i was told it take up to 48 hours. Tuesday Tumi arranged for the router to be delivered and installed on tuesday. A guy by the name of Moses made contact and he said he can only come through on wednesday. Today is wednesday, and no one is able to get hold of him. The router was suppose to be delivered yesterday 1 September. Still nothing. I have been in contact with Tumi who has been trying to sort this out. He has been unsuccessful and his manager Eugene has been of no help what so ever. When i phone him he is always in a meeting and says Tumi will sort it out.
