Vox non support
Cannot believe the lack of support from Vox helpdesk. Absolutely abysmal!!! At least 4 weeks ago, my husband phoned to upgrade the line speed. First they put the incorrect information into the call so nothing was done. When my husband phoned back he was moved from pillar to post, being promised to be phone back - never was. Still having difficulties. Honestly Vox what has happened to your service??? Still waiting for somebody who will help!!!!
