Vox = no understanding of no-network.

41 days to get my Vox/Avanti service up and running again. Just awful after sales service from Vox. For a company that deals with the network and communication, they actually have no idea of what "no Network" means. In actual fact, the only people who seem to be working are the technicians. A happy face for the technicians only.
