Vox no help after hours with sattelite

Struggle with sattelite connectivity. Cannot stream anything last night, then it work for couple of hours, the off again . Start streaming again but every 10/15 min it loses connection. I phone last night, phone cuts off. I email, i phone this morning, i even use the whatsapp service. Nobody is coming back to me. Support cannot help, says it is Thank you, I cany assist with Satelite. There is currently a ticket logged to our connectivity team so they can assist you.
