Vox no customer support and useless client centre

We are a non profit organisation which is situated in remote Kwazulu Natal. We have a contract with Vox for both our phones as well as our data. When our data runs out, we are only allowed to top up to 10% of our monthly contract and it is always a battle to get this done. Vox has no customer support and because they have a monopoly they treat their customers badly. This is really shocking.
