VOX Nightmare

I signed the contract for Fibre connection with Vox on the 4th of July. It has been almost two months and it still has not been set up. The last communication I have had with them was the 2nd of August. Still no update has been provided.

I have called numerous occasions, only to be told that they will call me back. No one has ever called me back.

I have sent a mail explaining that I would rather cancel my order than have to wait this long - still no response.

Extremely upset at the level of inefficiency and poor service received.
