VOX new instalation nightmare

I am about to move and contacted VOX early to ensure that my line is installed and ready to use once I moved in - I work from home and can therefore not afford to be without a line.

Communications with VOX has been terrible though and despite repeatedly telling them that I am not yet at the address I received a message today that the router is on its way to the new address - where no-one is currently staying.

I contacted yet another agent at VOX today and her suggestion was that she updates the delivery so it only arrives once we have moved in. When I pointed out to her that I have arranged forfrog foot to install the line by the 27'th and asked if the router can be delivered to my current address(which is close to my new address) so I have it available for the installation on the 27'th she responded that she would get back to me.

I have not heard from her since or from any of the other agents I have been in contact with, and no-one at VOX is answering calls on the help-line.

Feeling stuck and frustrated about what should be a simple matter!
