Vox never helps when we need

Vox gives the worst service ever! they took so long to get my internet connected at my new address after numerous calls and complaints they cam through !. Now I call in as a client to understand why my account has not been debited only to hear that they cancelled my account at my old address but never ever opened a account for my new address ! and now i work from home and i am sitting with no internet and I've been calling since 7:30 this morning no response. They are so *********** and clearly don't care how they treat clients.
