Vox, never again.
One star only because I could not select zero. Had two services with Vox, one for at least three years and the other for over a year. Both services needed to be cancelled due to relocations, one in March 2023 and one in October 2023. On service one the router was collected in November 2023 after a comedy of errors between Vox and their courier. On service two, the router has not been collected all these months later and we are in July 2024. Vox contacted someone else (not the account holder) to inform the person they are collecting the router, upon which they were told to contact me as the account holder, which is what they should have done in the first place. Today I get billed for the router, yet nobody from Vox has contacted me since cancellation about this, requesting collection.
Shocking, but not surprising really.

25 Jul 2024, 07:39This morning at 07:20 I receive an email that someone from a credit controller claiming that an attempt was made to call me yesterday at 16:22 on my mobile number of record.
Strangely I did not receive a call, also not a missed call, and also no voice message, that while someone else managed to call me shortly before that, and I was working, with my phone on, right next to me between 16:00 and 17:30.
I was also informed that I can drop off the router at your Cape Town branch (at my time and travel, both which normally earns me money in the times your offices are open) - surely this is not acceptable.
The ticket number is VOX***0.
Please arrange for a senior person who can actually resolve this to contact me on my mobile number on record, and if I am not available (since I also work) to provide me with a name and direct number I can contact.

However, your systems still show the invoice for the router against my name two business days later.
I expect Vox to correct this without further delay as all of this was due to poor communication and systems on your side.

However, your systems still show the invoice for the router against my name two business days later.
