Vox negligence

Poor Management skills & they’re very rude Unfortunately they terminated my contract without my acknowledgment, spent a lot of money on airtimes for them to not pick up calls and place us on hold for wat? When they get on calls they’re so rude and so untrained they don’t have good customer service and lack communication skills they told me to accept watver that they were talking about till today my Wi-Fi is still not working so my work should stop ? I should suffer whereas I paid while working from home ? This is bull**** this company should be banned should be stopped and not used by no body they’re basically ****mers
