VOX needs to get me connected
Guys i cannot spend 15 minutes plus trying to have technical support attend to my ticket. Technicians were on site today from Vumatel and left advising I should be having my Wifi up and running in no time. Ref. Number to be escalated is VOX***3. I need this to be sorted asap loadshedding is one thing... Having tour network down on top of that is business suicide.
