Vox more like Sux

Ordererd home fibre throug Vox on a recommendation from someone who uses them, so far their customer service is terrible, during the sign up process I had to confirm my address, I tried to get into direct contact with them, just to have phone put down in my ear, they eventually had the line installed today. The driver sent to deliver the free router was extremely rude and on top of that the free router is a 2nd hand scratched and scuffed up piece of junk. It has weird stains on it and very scuffed up, who knows if it works even as the line has not yet been activated. Just a terrible way to start off with a new customer
