Vox more like a fox that lies and *****s

I signed up for a month to month contract with Vox in January 2019. Johann Botha came to my house and confirmed that this contract is month to month. I was informed that if I do not pay, I will not get the data and I will not be changed for it either. Yesterday, I called their call centre and was told by Aloysia that I needed to settle the full amount even for the data I haven't received. I have experienced issues with my account, hence no payment was made. I am willing to pay for the data that I have used but I refuse to pay for data that I did not use. I am willing to settle my account on Friday, but I will NOT pay for data that I have not used for the last 2 months. I used the pro rata data, that I am willing to pay. But data for February I will not pay for and I certainly not pay for data for March as I am no longer interested in the damn service. They can come get their router too. I want this matter resolved urgently. I am sick and tired of data providers *****ing from me. I have had enough!!!
