Vox misleads People into unrecognized debts.

Vox is full of lies and deception. I had a good service with them up until I wanted to upgrade, instead of me upgrading they told me that I have to cancel and do a new sale which I did as I was advised by my consultant, i even asked him whether I was going to pay Pro Rata and he said No with confidence, now I'm left to pay Vox pro rata that i was not informed of and my account hasn't stopped being billed even after me sending cancellation emails to them. They want to mess up my credit profile for mistakes that they have made and every time I request that they listen to the recordings they do not want to, I do not know why they are avoiding that because all the proof lies in those recordings and it proves that I do not owe Vox anything.
