VOX Migration gone wrong
After a forced migration from SADV to VOX, apparently SADV is bankrupt and did not allow customers to give consent to migrate us to VOX, VOX is charging us SADV fibre prices not their own... This is unacceptable as they do not even have a package at this price. Terrible customer service when we try to engage with this issue

Customers where migrated to Vox keeping their existing SADV FTTH services and billing unchanged in order to facilitate an non disruptive smooth transition.
Customers are welcome to upgraded/resign/change to one of Vox’s feasible FTTH services once successfully migrated.
We escalated for assistance, further feedback to follow.
