Vox messed up
We canceld our fibre service with Vox in August cause we relocated to tue bush our son stayed behind so we decided to get him a lte router delivered on 18 Nov only to be collected very next day by Vox logistics Depatment on a dated order for the fibre router that was never collected now i phoned the on friday and lady Lerato assured me will be sorted by monday , i phoned her today saying that it has been escalated to there logistics department and the will be in contact with me with no time attached no urgency
