VOX - Making money without providing NO PRODUCT OR SERVICE

VOX promised that they will be able to install fiber at our work premises without hesitation on signing of the contract. Months later fiber still not installed due to them not being able to gain access to the business park. During contract signing I was assured that they will be have no problems in getting permission to lay the Fiber. Now that they are unable to lay the fiber and I informed them to cancel the contract due to them not being able to supply fiber as promised, VOX is charging me R 8 222 cancellation fee on a product and service they did not supply or even started with.
