VOX LTE 18 Days - Shocking Service & ZERO to none connectivity.

I got VOX Fixed LTE 200Gb package from VOX, absolutely shocking speeds during day 2-4Mbps and nigt between 200Kbps-2Mbps. Logged ticket on the 13th June - VOX***0, still no resolution, spoke to Christina, Phillip, Jonathan to name a few, Cell C tech says weak signal, and it locks to MTN tower, inserted MTN sim and getting speeds up to 27Mbps, inserted Cell sim and getting speeds up to 17Mbps, First 3 Month on Vox contract anything from 14-27Mbps, looks like IS is throttling connection, I take the same sim 10Km away from the current location and the speeds remain the same. VOX support not geared to deal with these tickets, nor do they speak internally to each other, and there is no manager that takes responsibility for these tickets or escalations, or even phone you back or provide detailed feedback, the client portal also does not even provide a place with updated feedback or to track your ticket, I will be canceling all my services with VOX, my LTE and Fiber pre-order. I do not recommend anybody signing up with VOX, !!!!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
