Vox line transfer

I have relocated to Ireland and struggling with Vox to transfer my account. After sending all the required details and documentation they still won't assist me. I have send countless emails and even posted my issues on their facebook page and also tried grieving on their website to no avail. I am still receiving invoices for the account I'm not and haven't been using for over a month. They have the details of the new owners but still won't assist. Can someone please help me?
