Vox just don't care

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a Vox customer for a number of years now, largely without any issues. However, 2 weeks ago my internet speed inexplicably dropped to less than half of the 50mbps I pay for, and then the customer service nightmare began. I have been left feeling that Vox do not value my business, I have been shoved from person to person while they just blame the infrastructure service provider (Octotel). 13 days in and I still have no answers from Vox and I'm still running at 20mbps. Vox just don't care!
