If anyone is thinking about using Vox, especially if you are a small or medium business, please DON'T DON'T DON'T!!! Service - non existant, communication-non existant, overall - USELESS! Our business has suffered numerous times this year alone with communication issues. A week or more without phone lines. Numerous excuses, and most pathetically, an "accounts manager" who thinks he's too important to reply to our messages or phone calls.
