Vox ISP radiculous chargers and ****mers.

I am Vox Customer. When I signed up during May I told them that I only receive money on the 6th of each month. They agreed. All of a sudden they start deducting my account on the 15th . I wrote and complain to them that this isn't the date we agreed on. They told me that they have 2 dates 15th and 30th. I therefore choose 30th. They then decide to deduct on the 1st all of a sudden on the 4th. There charges are radiculous its not the amount we agreed on. They are the worst ISP I have ever met .I don't advise people to go for Vox.
