VOX ISP; FROGFOOT HORRIBLE DISGUSTED DISAPOINTED

Horrible!!!! We have been without fibre for 8 business days. We have logged two tickets with faults!! No explanation whatsoever !!! Not coming back to us or anything! After endless calls to VOX , they havent bothered to reply or sort out the problem. And they still charge you for a full month even if they cant offer you the service!!! I am disgusted!!!! Cant do business without internet!!!!!!! My business is suffering horrible losses and VOX cant even pick up the phone!
