VOX IS WORST

My 3rd post and second one this month. I pay R922 for this shot taken above. I am suppose to have 50meg up and 50 meg down. This is my speed the whole December so far. After over 30 tickets opened over a year and ample promises made, 2 routers, 24 plus technicians that know absolutely nothing I still sit with this. Still no feedback from Vox or any news n my tickets or finding the problem. My whole neighborhood wants to cancel with Vox so I did and moving on to Rocketnet end January bit in the meanwhile I have to pay R922 for 2 months with ****py internet. Vox is useless!!!!!! No wonder they have 24 plus technicians because none of them knows what they are doing so they need more so each can fix another problem. Be sure what you sign up before Vox lie to you. Not once have I been given discount or free internet for all the downtime. Change your motto YOU ARE NOT THE LEADER IN TELECOM - THE WORST!!!!!!
