Vox is worst

I was with Vox FTTH (50/50 Mbps) service on Metrofibre infrastructure for 1 whole year, initially the speed was consistent above (45/49 Mbps), after 5 months the speed started to vary and go down even to low 20's. Raised multiple calls with Vox and nothing worked. So I decided to leave them in May 2019, and sent them the cancellation request on 3rd May 2019 and was shocked to get to know from them that I have to put up with them till 1 July 2019 even though the contract that I signed with them was Month on Month. On 1 July my internet service was disconnected as expected and till now (10 July 2019) my FTTH line is not released from Vox on Metrofibre infrastructure and now the other ISP I want to go with is unable to activate my FTTH line since its still held back by Vox Telecom.
