Vox is very unprofessional and un responsive..

Vox is terrible and very unprofessional.. They too busy to assist u once they have you in contract.. Waiting for months for the last bit of installation.. They never get back to u via email or phone.. They never answer thier lines and when they do u are put on hold.. Thing is they on data calls so after no time at all u are put on hold cos thier data cannot hold ur lines.. 4 times in 5 minutes and they still wanna put me on hold again.. They happen to ALWAYS be in "meetings" and never available.. I Ben holding this off for months but I have to ut it up now..
