VOX IS USELESS
I have a really bad experiance with Vox they did nit cancel my old line now i am paying double for my lines i gave them 2 months but they still did not cancel it. Now i have canceled my other line and they still did not do it. My line is switched iff my new service provider cannit switch on my line. VOX is not a very helpfull and honest company as i gave them a lot of time to rectify this issue but they do nit come to the table i reccomend vox to nobody as they cannot do there job properly but they can quickly switch off your line when things does not go acording to them. They are nit very profesional if it comes to customer support.

29 Oct 2023, 17:13I have heard that responce numerous times VOX never comes back to me with thus issue as you know this is not the first time that i loge a complaint with VOX i just spoke to a technician of VOX he also confirmed that i still have 2 open lines at Vox.
The service at the accounts department is extreamly poor and un profesional.
