Vox is useless

This company honestly deserves no stars ! For over a year I’ve logged multiple complaints . I’ve been shoved from pillar to post . False promises made . I pay R799 per month for a 10 meg line that doesn’t ever work . I constantly have to switch to my mobile data and hotspot my laptop as well as my tv . I’ve had 3 different routers , changed the network cables and had unscheduled visits to investigate . Their outcome is , the line is “perfect”. II am fed up with this company . On top of their terrible network their call center is useless and the options are pointless . I waste my airtime , my data , an installment and my frustrations on a company that can’t get the simple things right. To avoid disappointment, Do not use this company . I’m demanding a 12 month refund as I have barely used “this service” .
