VOX is useless

Been waiting for our installation since end beginning of Dec 2019, after reading the reviews we regret why we chose Vox. Spoke to a call centre agent yesterday and she said installation will be done today at 2pm and they obviously did not pitch up, contacted them and their excuse was the agent never booked a technician. This is really unacceptable
