Vox is useless
The worst service provider/manager. They disconectvyoubwhen they loose your money pn their side. Numerous POP and bank statement sent. I used same account and bank and ref no for more than 4 years. They allocated to possible wrong account andvthen without notifying me cancel my service. Hundreds of rand in phone calls and buying data for internet no wifi and no one at vox seem.to be able to fix or sort problem. ABSA confirmed money had been paid to vox. They admit they miss ir lost the monet but keep my without wifi. Demanded I pay again for the money that was lost at Vox. Someone must know where it went. And no one from senior management will be involved as lower staff obviously do not allow you to talk to any one in senior management. PATHETIC

An incorrect reference can also have an impact in allocating the funds to the correct account.
In the event of an outstanding account, Vox does notify the customer in advance of the default in payment, notice of intention to suspend the account and confirmation of suspension of said account should the account not have been settled.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the billing, arrears and suspension process is included in the Subscriber agreement sent with the Quotation for the services.
