Vox is useless

Since having my fibre installed I have had it down for days on end more than 6 times already. No permanent resolution. Always fixed to go a month or so then I have the same f*****g problem again!!!!!!! But I must be paying in full and on time otherwise they suspend services. What about the times I go for 2 weeks without service because between Vox and Vodacom nobody can fix the problem permanently. But I must be the idiot that pays on time for such ****ty service.
